Seafood Pizza for the Delivita Oven
A seafood pizza, straight from the Delivita Flow.
Roasted garlic hummus base, parmesan, courgette ribbons, mussels, smoked salmon, finished with crème fraîche and fresh dill.

Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough ball (about 250–280g)
- 2–3 tbsp roasted garlic hummus
- 40g Parmesan, finely grated
- 60–80g smoked salmon, torn into ribbons
- 50g cooked mussels, drained well
- 1/2 small courgette, shaved into thin ribbons
- A few sprigs fresh dill
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche (for finishing)
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Black pepper, to taste

Heat the oven
Preheat your Delivita pizza oven for 20–25 minutes until the stone is very hot. -
Prepare the base
Stretch the dough into a 10–12 inch round on a lightly floured surface. -
Top the pizza
Spread the roasted garlic hummus thinly over the base, leaving a small border.
Sprinkle over the Parmesan.
Add the courgette ribbons and mussels and top with the smoked salmon. -
Bake
Launch into the oven and cook for 60–90 seconds, turning every 20–30 seconds for an even bake. -
Finish
Once out of the oven, a spoonful of crème fraîche, fresh dill, and a drizzle of olive oil. Finish with black pepper.
Chef’s Tip
Adding the smoked salmon before baking adds to the experience, creating a smoked profile that imparts into the dough as it cooks and the juices of the salmon release.
