FAQs about portable pizza ovens
What accessories do I need for a portable pizza oven?
At the very least, you’ll want a pizza peel to safely slide your dough in and out of the oven, a thermometer to check oven temperature, and a case to carry the oven in. Luckily, your Diavolo oven comes with all of this, along with a regulator and a pipe to connect your portable oven to the gas. That's over £160 of accessories absolutely free.
How big is a Delivita portable pizza oven?
Our Diavolo and other portable models measure 62cm x 42cm x 37cm (Length x Width x Height), making them compact enough for travel but large enough to cook a 12-inch pizza or a variety of other dishes.
How do you clean and maintain a portable pizza oven?
Cleaning is simple. Because these ovens reach such high heat, any food residue is burned off during use. After the oven has fully cooled, you can brush away any leftover ash from wood-fired sessions. Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth and store it in a dry place or with a cover to keep it protected between uses.
