A show-stopping festive wreath pizza with roasted tomatoes, pepperoni and stuffing, finished with fresh rocket and balsamic glaze. Served with a sage & onion mayo dip in the centre.

- 1 x DeliVita dough ball
- 70 g mozzarella
- 40 g red cherry tomatoes, halved
- 40 g yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50 g pepperoni
- 40 g sage & onion stuffing
- Fresh rocket (post-bake)
- Balsamic glaze (post-bake)
- 60 g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sage & onion stuffing mix
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
The ultimate festive showstopper. A golden pizza wreath topped with red and yellow tomatoes, pepperoni and stuffing, finished with rocket and glossy balsamic drizzle. The centre is cut out and filled with a sage & onion mayo dip — because Christmas should always come with a centrepiece.
Method (Wreath Effect)
• Stretch dough to a full 12 inches.
• Lightly top with mozzarella, avoiding the very centre.
• Add tomatoes, pepperoni and stuffing evenly.
• Bake 90–120 seconds at 450–500°C.
• Immediately after baking, use a round cutter or knife to remove the centre.
• Fill the ring hole with a small ramekin of sage & onion mayo.
• Finish the wreath with fresh rocket and balsamic glaze drizzle.
Sage & Onion Mayo (Prepped in Advance)
• Mix mayo, stuffing mix, lemon juice and salt.
• Chill for 30–60 minutes to develop flavour.
