Peri Peri Chicken Drumsticks
Our simple Peri Peri Chicken Drumsticks are great to spice up a mid week meal, or turn the heat up to wow at the weekend.

Ingredients
- 10 x chicken drumsticks
- 75ml olive oil
- 1 tsp Maldon sea salt
- 30g Peri Peri spice mix
- 2 x fresh red chilli
- 50ml red wine vinegar
- 50ml aged balsamic vinegar
- 400g Mutti tinned tomatoes
- Take the knuckles off the drumsticks and push down the meat.
- Place the drumsticks in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil before seasoning with salt.
- Now mix in the peri peri powder, and vinegar, set aside to marinate for 3 hours
- In an oven proof dish place the chopped pizza tomato topping before adding a pinch of the peri peri powder some olive oil.
- Place the drumsticks on top of the tomato before placing into the DeliVita oven turning every few minutes and cook for 30 minutes until cooked
- Serve by garnishing with the fresh coriander
