Dust a pizza peel with flour or semolina to prevent sticking
Slide the pizza onto the hot stone floor of the oven
Cook for 60-90 seconds, turning it every 20-30 seconds with the peel to ensure even cooking
The pizza is done when the crust is blistered, the cheese is bubbling, and the base is crisp
