Diavolo fires up fast and puts the heat at your fingertips. Turn the dial to reach pizza-ready temperatures, then adjust the flame as you cook. No guesswork, no slowing down — just crisp, consistent pizza, one after another.
Get started in 3 simple steps
1. Unfold, connect and ignite
Place Diavolo on a stable, heat-safe outdoor surface and unfold the legs. Connect your chosen compatible gas supply, turn the dial and ignite the burner.
2. Heat the stone
Allow the oven to heat for around 20 minutes. Use the included infrared temperature gun to check the centre of the stone before launching your first pizza.
TIP: For pizza, aim for a stone temperature of approximately 400–450°C.
3. Cook, turn, serve
Slide your pizza onto the hot stone using the folding peel. Turn it regularly as the crust rises and colours. Your pizza should be ready in around 60–90 seconds, with a crisp base, bubbling toppings and a beautifully charred crust.
