The warranty applies to the original purchaser of the Product and does not extend where Products have been resold or gifted to a third party, except for those Products purchased from a registered Delivita Partner. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, this can be your Receipt or email confirmation of sale. If purchasing a Product as a gift, the recipient of the Product should be noted/note this when registering warranty to qualify.
The Diavolo comes with a 1 year warranty, when you register your oven it will extend to 5 years.

How to Register:
On day of purchase your Delivita Items drop us an email to email@example.com. We need a portal link and let us know where you purchased the oven from, and include the serial number, your name and address and any contact details you have. Products must be registered within 30 days of purchase to qualify for the extended warranty.
What Your DeliVita Wood-fired, Eco-gas and Pro Oven Warranty Covers:
Cracking to the interior of the oven, Hairline cracks on the refractory base stone will occur over time, this will not affect the performance of your oven and is natural. This can be easily repaired by using fireproof cement putty which can be bought by most hardware stores.
Heat / sun discolouration of the shell if the Delivita cover has been used.
Damages from environmental factors outside of our control
Regulator and hose damage when received as new (this does not include damage from misuse)
Cracking to the exterior shell Unless excessive wood loading or Placing objects on top of the oven, which will cause cracking.
Damage to the stainless-steel casing.
Gas Burner/ ignitor have a 1-year warranty, these need to be serviced every 6 months for commercial and 12 months domestic use. Proof of service is required.
What Your Diavolo Warranty Covers:
Heat/ sun discolouration of the Casing while using the rain cover.
Regulator and hose damage upon receipt as new (this does not include damage from misuse)

Damage to the stainless-steel casing.
Gas Burner/ ignitor’s have a 1-year warranty, these need to be serviced every 12 months for domestic use. Proof of service is required for warranty purposes after one year.
The pizza base stone with time will incur a hairline crack, due to heat contraction, this will not affect the functionality of the oven. In the event of damage to the stone by misuse, we carry spares which will have a minimum charge.
All accessories come with a 1-year warranty covering normal use.
Unauthorised alterations to the Products will result in the warranty being void and that any purchase of Products made outside of an authorised third party or retail channel will result in the warranty being void.
You shall be liable to cover any reasonable costs incurred by us for the replacement of any Products under the above warranty claim conditions in the following circumstances:
- Result of defective part not covered by the commercial or residential warranty as previously set out.
- No fault is found
- Incorrect installation
- Damage caused at your premises, including item misuse
- Products being used in conjunction with other goods not supplied by us
- Modifications made by you or as a result of your instructions to a third party
- Caused by external or environmental factors. Eg. Any accessories left outside, will deteriorate due to excessive sun, heat, and moisture. We advise these are dry stored when not in use, not in direct sunlight. DeliVita accessories are not dish washer proof.
- General Miss-use
DeliVita may from time to time change the design of its products. Nothing contained in this warranty shall be taken to oblige DeliVita to include such design changes into previously manufactured products, nor shall such changes be construed as an admission that previous designs were defective.
