- 1 x DeliVita dough ball
- 80 g mozzarella
- 40 g roasted or sautéed Brussels sprouts
- 60 g bacon lardons, fried crispy
- 40 g caramelised onion
- Optional cheese booster: 20 g parmesan or mature cheddar
- Olive oil
- Cracked black pepper

Method
• Stretch dough to 12 inches.
• Light brush of olive oil on the base.
• Add mozzarella evenly.
• Scatter Brussels sprouts, bacon lardons, and onion.
• Optional: dust with parmesan or cheddar.
• Light grind of black pepper.
• Bake 90–120 seconds at 450–500°C.
• Finish with a small drizzle of olive oil.
