- A block of Parmigiano Reggiano to grate from
- Black Truffle paste
- 1 ball of Pizza dough (100g)

Heat the oven

Make the truffle base

Open the jar of truffle paste and let it air a minute.

Stretch the dough

Stretch to about 15cm, leaving a slightly thicker rim.

Lightly flour the base.

Spread a thin layer of truffle base (less than tomato sauce).

Finish a very generous amount of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Bake for 50-60 seconds until blistered, bubbling, and golden.

Pro tips (worth it)
- Keep it simple, too much truffle and it gets a bit much.
- Why not push the boundaries even further and add luxurious smoked salmon and a lemon crème fraiche.
