Ingredients
- 1 x 250g pizza dough ball
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 80g grated or torn mozzarella
- 40–50g pepperoni (add more if you love it)
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil

Method

Preheat the Flow
Fire up the Delivita Flow Dual Fuel and bring it up to around 400–450°C, with the stone fully heated. -
Stretch the dough
Stretch the dough into a 10–12 inch pizza, leaving a slightly thicker edge for the crust. -
Top the pizza
Spread over the pizza sauce, leaving a small border around the edge. Add the mozzarella, followed by the pepperoni and Parmesan. -
Cook
Launch the pizza onto the hot stone and cook for around 60–90 seconds, turning regularly for an even bake and beautifully blistered crust. -
Finish
Remove from the oven, scatter over fresh basil and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
