Roast Figs with Bacon & Feta

Ingredients
- 6 Rashers of air-cured, thick-cut streaky bacon
- 12 Fresh figs, halved lengthways and stems removed
- 1 Block (200g) of feta (or goat’s) cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Get your DeliVita oven to a nice roasting Temp about 160-200°C
- Lay the bacon on a baking tray and roast until crispy, then chop it into small pieces
- Arrange the figs cut-side up on a tray. Top each half with a bit of cheese and a few crumbles of bacon
- Roast until the cheese melts and the edges of the figs are golden
