Jalapeno Bacon Poppers
Once you pop, you will not stop. These are crazily moreish. Always make more than you think you’ll need.

Ingredients
- 10 jalapeno peppers
- 250g tub cream cheese
- 10 slices of smoked streaky bacon
- BBQ rub of your choosing
Instructions
- Slice each jalapeno in half lengthways then scrape out the seeds (and discard) with a teaspoon
- Fill each empty jalapeno half with cream cheese
- Slice the streaky bacon rasher in half widthways and wrap each jalapeno round the middle
- Sprinkle a little BBQ rub onto each pepper package
- Place over a medium indirect heat on your grill (coals piled at the opposite side) and cook for around 20 mins until the peppers are tender and the bacon nice and crispy
