An amazing wood fired option for veggie friends and nice side dish to go with meat
- Carefully slice the stalks off the mushrooms, drizzle with a little oil and slide into the oven for 5-10 mins until softened.
- Whilst they cook, mix together:
Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, basil, salt pepper
- Bring the mushrooms out of the oven, fill with the cheesy mixture and top with breadcrumbs.
- Slide back in until golden and crispy.
