3 Ways to Fire Up Flavour

Gas when you need speed. Wood when you want flavour. Or combine both to enjoy the speed and control of gas with the added depth of authentic wood-fired flavour. Flow is built for high-temperature cooking, giving you crisp bases, bubbling toppings and beautifully cooked crusts. Once the oven is up to temperature, you can cook fresh pizza in as little as 60 seconds.

Made for more than just pizza.

Get started in 3 simple steps

1. Choose gas, wood or both

Choose gas for quick, controlled cooking, wood for authentic flame-fired flavour, or combine both. When using wood alongside gas, build the fire on the Delivita Pizza Stone Protector. For wood-only cooking, the separate Delivita Wood Fire Control Shelf must be fitted instead. Never place burning wood or embers directly on the pizza stone.

2. Heat to temperature

Allow the oven to heat until the stone reaches around 400–450°C for pizza. Use an infrared temperature gun to check the centre of the stone before cooking. When using wood and gas together, ensure all firelighters, wood and embers remain on the Pizza Stone Protector.

Tip: The oven is ready when the flame is steady and the stone is holding temperature, not simply when the air inside feels hot.

3. Cook, turn and serve

Launch your pizza onto the hot stone and turn it regularly as the crust begins to rise and colour. At pizza temperature, it should cook in around 60–90 seconds. Your pizza is ready when the base is crisp, the crust is puffed and lightly charred, and the toppings are bubbling.
