Once you pop, you will not stop. These are crazily moreish.
ALWAYS make more than you think you’ll need.
Ingredients
10 jalapeno peppers
1 250g tub cream cheese
10 slices of smoked streaky bacon
BBQ rub of your choosing
Instructions
Slice each jalapeno in half lengthways then scrape out the seeds (and discard) with a teaspoon
Fill each empty jalapeno half with cream cheese
Slice the streaky bacon rasher in half widthways and wrap each jalapeno round the middle
Sprinkle a little BBQ rub onto each pepper package
Place over a medium indirect heat on your grill (coals piled at the opposite side) and cook for around 20 mins until the peppers are tender and the bacon nice and crispy
