Organic Vegan Sourdough is simply delicious. If you have not experienced the soft tanginess and taste of sourdough, you need to!

Using one of the oldest methods of fermentation and preserved 118-year-old fermented yeast, the flavour is enhanced to perfection and the pizza is easier to digest.

Our dough balls arrive semi-frozen and should be placed in the freezer immediately. They last up to 9 months in the freezer and up to 5 days refrigerated.

INGREDIENTS: Pink Himalayan salt, purified water, natural yeast, organic wheat flour.

ALLERGY ADVICE: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. Suitable for vegans.

Moons Green Pepperoni

Everybody assumes pepperonis must be Italian. Not this one! It was created in New York by Italian immigrants to top pizza back in the early 20th century. That’s where we sourced this recipe, a truly Manhattan creation using half pork, half beef and a respectable amount of heat.

A firm favourite of the real pizza aficionado, these tiny bursts of cured pork will get your taste buds dancing the moment you sprinkle a handful on your pizza as the finishing touch. Pop your dream pizza in the oven and savour the smell before tucking in to your deliciously satisfying creation.

This soft salami is famous for its heat and spreadability. Moons Green’s Fiery ‘Nduja, unlike other ‘nduja pretenders, is only 15% fat compared to a more typical 75% to 80%, making it a slimline, yet highly indulgent choice topping.

Mutti Aromatica Pizza Sauce

Unleash the full flavour of the finest Italian tomatoes, combined with the aroma of oregano, onion and basil. This saucy infusion is of perfect consistency for high temperature cooking. Savour the true flavour of Italy with Mutti Aromatic Pizza Sauce!

Tiino Fior Di Latte Mozzarella

This magnificent mozzarella is produced in Britain to a traditional Italian recipe. This is our preference to importing cheese from Italy where freshness cannot be guaranteed due to transportation times – and there’s certainly no compromise on taste!

This fresh cow’s milk product carries the lightest, most delicate milky flavour of fresh mozzarella and comes conveniently pre-sliced. Save on the hassle of extra prep and use this all-star mozzarella on your pizza masterpiece.

  • The product can be frozen at -18°C.
  • Freeze immediately upon arrival and use within 9 months.
  • Use within 24 hours once defrosted.
  • Maturation occurs above 5°C. It is imperative that the correct storage temperature is maintained. The product is best stored out of the box in the chiller.
  • Tiino Fior Di Latte Mozzarella is suitable for Vegetarians.

How to use your dough

The Best Way

  1. Remove the dough balls from the freezer and place the frozen dough balls into fridge. Keep them in their separate bags and leave them in refrigeration at 4ºC overnight.
  2. The next day, carefully remove the dough from their bags,

    Option 1 – dip them into a bowl full of flour and place them back onto a tray.dip them into a bowl full of flour and place them back onto a tray

    Option 2 – split the dough balls in half, make them into rounded dough balls,
  3. Leave them out at room temperature (approx. 20ºC) for a minimum of 2 hours before making a pizza. (The dough must be covered at all times with a damp tea towel to prevent it from drying out). To get the best out of your dough ensure the dough ball is at room temperature (approx. 20ºC)
  4. Have fun and stretch your dough using your hands, and start making your pizza .
  5. Place your toppings and cook until ready.

The Quick Way

  1. Remove the dough balls from the freezer and lay the frozen dough balls onto a tray. Keep them in their separate bags.
  2. Leave them out at room temperature (approx. 20ºC) for a minimum of 1 hour.
  3. When defrosted, remove the dough balls from their bags carefully, dip them into a bowl full of flour, place them back onto a tray and leave for an extra 2 hours. (The dough must be covered at all times with a damp tea towel to prevent it from drying out). To get the best out of your dough ensure the dough ball is at room temperature (approx. 20ºC)
  4. Have fun and stretch your dough using your hands, and start making your pizza .
  5. Place your toppings and cook until ready.
