TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoters
1.1 This prize draw is jointly run by:
a. Gastronomy Plus Limited, trading as Delivita, company number 07031979, whose registered office is at Central Barn, Claughton Business Park, Hornby Road, Claughton, Lancaster, Lancashire, LA2 9JX; and
b. Wright Brothers Limited, company number 04551967, whose registered office is at 56 Old Brompton Road, London, SW7 3DY,
together referred to as the “Promoters”.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry who live within the eligible delivery area.
2.2 For the purposes of this prize draw, the eligible delivery area is the UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
2.3 The prize draw is not open to residents of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands or the Scottish Islands.
2.4 The prize draw is not open to:
a. employees of the Promoters or their associated companies;
b. employees of any agency, supplier or third party directly involved in administering the prize draw; or
c. immediate family members or members of the household of anyone listed above.
2.5 The Promoters may require proof of age, identity, residency and delivery address before awarding the prize.
3. Opening and closing dates
3.1 The prize draw opens at 10am BST on Wednesday 15 July 2026.
3.2 The prize draw closes at 10am BST on Thursday 30 July 2026.
3.3 Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
4. How to enter
4.1 To enter, entrants must complete and submit the prize draw form on [WILL FILL IN ONCE BUILT] during the entry period.
4.2 No purchase is necessary.
4.3 Internet access and a valid email address are required.
4.4 Entry into the prize draw is free.
4.5 Entrants are not required to consent to marketing communications to enter the prize draw.
5. Entry restrictions
5.1 Only one entry per person is permitted.
5.2 Entries submitted through agents, third parties, automated systems, scripts, macros or other automated methods will not be accepted.
5.3 Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
5.4 The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not successfully submitted because of a technical fault, network failure or another issue outside their reasonable control.
6. The prize
6.1 One winner will receive:
a. one Delivita Flow Dual Fuel Oven, with a recommended retail price of £699; and
b. one £100 Wright Brothers At Home Gift Voucher.
6.2 The winner may select their preferred Delivita Flow colour from the colours available at the time the prize is claimed. The winner’s preferred colour is subject to availability.
6.3 The Delivita Flow Dual Fuel Oven includes:
a. one pizza peel;
b. one infrared temperature gun; and
c. one protective cover.
6.4 The prize does not include a gas bottle, gas, wood, food, ingredients or any other accessories or items not expressly listed in these terms.
6.5 The Wright Brothers At Home Gift Voucher:
a. has a value of £100;
b. may only be redeemed online through Wright Brothers At Home;
c. cannot be redeemed at any Wright Brothers restaurant;
d. is subject to Wright Brothers’ usual product availability, delivery charges, delivery areas and delivery times; and
e. is subject to Wright Brothers’ standard gift-voucher terms and conditions.
6.6 Wright Brothers At Home does not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands or the Scottish Islands.
6.7 Any spend above the value remaining on the Wright Brothers At Home Gift Voucher, including any applicable delivery charges, must be paid by the winner.
6.8 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.9 The Promoters reserve the right to replace all or part of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances outside their reasonable control make this necessary.
7. Winner selection
7.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
7.2 The draw will take place within seven working days of the closing date.
7.3 The winner will be selected using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person.
8. Winner notification and claiming the prize
8.1 The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided when entering.
8.2 The Promoters will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
8.3 The winner must respond within 14 days of the first notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
8.4 Where the winner:
a. cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts;
b. does not respond within 14 days;
c. is unable to provide the required information; or
d. is found to be ineligible or in breach of these terms,
the Promoters may withdraw the prize and select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
8.5 Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details supplied with their entry are complete and accurate.
9. Delivery of the prize
9.1 The Delivita Flow Dual Fuel Oven will only be delivered to a valid UK mainland address within the eligible delivery area.
9.2 The Delivita Flow Dual Fuel Oven cannot be delivered to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or any offshore island.
9.3 The Scottish Highlands and Islands are also excluded from the eligible delivery area because Wright Brothers At Home cannot deliver to these locations.
9.4 Delivery of the Delivita Flow Dual Fuel Oven will take place within 30 days of the winner confirming their eligibility, preferred colour and delivery details, unless the winner is informed otherwise.
9.5 The winner is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to accept delivery and that the delivery address supplied is accurate and accessible.
9.6 The Wright Brothers At Home Gift Voucher will be sent electronically to the winner’s nominated email address.
9.7 Products purchased using the Wright Brothers At Home Gift Voucher will be subject to Wright Brothers’ standard delivery areas, delivery charges, availability and delivery times.
11. Personal information and marketing
11.1 Personal information supplied by entrants will be used to:
a. administer the prize draw;
b. verify entrants’ eligibility;
c. contact and verify the winner; and
d. arrange delivery of the prize.
11.2 Entry information may be shared between Delivita and Wright Brothers’ where reasonably necessary to administer and fulfil the prize draw.
11.3 Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Delivita and Wright Brothers’ privacy notices, which are available through the links provided on the entry form.
11.4 Entrants are not required to agree to receive marketing communications to enter the prize draw.
11.5 Where an entrant separately chooses to receive marketing communications from Delivita, Wright Bros or both brands, their details will be added to the relevant brand’s marketing database.
11.6 Delivita and Wright Brothers will each be responsible for the marketing communications they send and for processing personal information for their own marketing purposes.
11.7 Marketing preferences will be recorded separately for each brand.
11.8 Entrants may withdraw their consent or unsubscribe from either brand’s marketing communications at any time.
11.9 Entrants who do not opt into marketing will only be contacted where necessary to administer the prize draw.
11.10 A telephone number supplied as part of the entry form will only be used to administer the prize draw. It will not be used for telephone or text-message marketing unless the entrant provides separate consent for that purpose.
12. Disqualification
12.1 The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant:
a. has breached these terms and conditions;
b. has submitted false or misleading information;
c. has attempted to manipulate the entry or winner-selection process; or
d. has otherwise acted fraudulently or unfairly.
13. Changes or cancellation
13.1 The Promoters reserve the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where circumstances outside their reasonable control make this unavoidable.
13.2 Any changes will be made only where necessary and will be communicated in a way that does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
14. Liability
14.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14.2 Subject to clause 14.1, the Promoters will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from the acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by the Promoters’ negligence or breach of legal duty.
14.3 The winner is responsible for reading and following all safety, operating, fuel and installation instructions supplied with the Delivita Flow Dual Fuel Pizza Oven.
14.4 The Delivita Flow Dual Fuel Pizza Oven is designed for outdoor use only.
15. General
15.1 The Promoters’ decision regarding the administration of the prize draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into, except with the winner.
15.2 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
15.3 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.4 Entrants living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
15.5 This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social-media platform.
