Delivita X Powersheds Prize Draw
DELIVITA X POWERSHEDS PRIZE DRAW
The prize draw and terms is jointly run by:
a. Gastronomy Plus Limited, trading as Delivita, company number 07031979, whose registered office is at Central Barn, Claughton Business Park, Hornby Road, Claughton, Lancaster, Lancashire, LA2 9JX; and
b. Powersheds Limited, company number 11790351, whose registered office is at 21 Commondale Way, Euroway Industrial Estate, Bradford, England, BD4 6SF,
together referred to as the “Promoters”.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the UK mainland aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2.2 For the purposes of this prize draw, UK mainland excludes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and all offshore islands.
2.3 The prize draw is not open to:
a. employees of the Promoters or their associated companies;
b. employees of any agency, supplier or third party directly involved in administering the prize draw; or
c. immediate family members or members of the household of anyone listed above.
2.4 The Promoters may require proof of age, identity, residency and delivery address before awarding the prize.
3. Opening and closing dates
3.1 The prize draw opens at 9am BST on Friday 7 August 2026.
3.2 The prize draw closes at 9am BST on Friday 21 August 2026.
3.3 Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
4. How to enter
4.1 To enter, entrants must complete and submit the prize draw entry form hosted on delivita.com at xxxxx during the entry period.
4.2 No purchase is necessary.
4.3 Internet access and a valid email address are required.
4.4 Entry into the prize draw is free.
4.5 Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Entry restrictions
5.1 Entries submitted through agents, third parties, automated systems, scripts, macros or other automated methods will not be accepted.
5.2 Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
5.3 The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not successfully submitted because of a technical fault, network failure or another issue outside their reasonable control.
6. The prize
6.1 One winner will receive the complete Ultimate Garden Hosting Bundle, consisting of:
a. one Delivita Flow Dual Fuel Oven, worth £699; and
b. one 8x4 Powersheds Pub Shed, worth £800.
6.2 The total stated prize value is £1,499.
Delivita Flow Dual Fuel Oven
6.3 The winner may select their preferred Delivita Flow colour from the colours available at the time the prize is claimed. The preferred colour is subject to availability.
6.4 The Delivita Flow Dual Fuel Oven includes:
a. one protective cover;
b. one pizza peel; and
c. one infrared temperature gun.
6.5 The prize does not include a gas bottle, gas, wood, food, ingredients or any other accessories or items not expressly listed in these terms.
Powersheds Pub Shed
6.6 The Powersheds element of the prize consists of one standard 8x4 Powersheds Pub Shed with a stated value of £800.
6.7 The Powersheds Pub Shed is supplied as a self-assembly garden building.
6.8 The prize includes the standard components, flooring, fixings, hatches and external shelf supplied with the Pub Shed.
6.9 The Powersheds prize does not include:
a. installation or assembly;
b. preparation or construction of a base;
c. a Powersheds Base Kit;
d. groundworks or landscaping;
e. electrical or plumbing work;
f. planning permission or other approvals;
g. paint, decoration, furniture, bar equipment or accessories; or
h. any other products or services not expressly listed in these terms.
6.10 The winner is responsible for providing a suitable, firm and level base before assembling the Powersheds Pub Shed.
Alternative Powersheds product
6.11 Instead of the 8x4 Powersheds Pub Shed, the winner may choose an alternative product available directly from Powersheds with a retail value of up to £800.
6.12 Any alternative product is subject to availability and approval by Powersheds.
6.13 Where the chosen alternative product has a retail value of less than £800, the winner will not receive the remaining balance as cash, credit, vouchers or additional products.
6.14 Where the chosen alternative product costs more than £800, the winner may be permitted to pay the difference directly to Powersheds, subject to Powersheds’ prior agreement.
6.15 Once the winner has confirmed their choice of Powersheds product, the selection cannot be changed.
7. General prize conditions
7.1 Both elements of the prize will be awarded to one winner. The prize cannot be divided between different people.
7.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except for the Powersheds product exchange expressly described in clauses 6.11 to 6.15.
7.3 The Promoters reserve the right to replace all or part of the prize with a reasonable alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances outside their reasonable control make this necessary.
7.4 Product images used to promote the prize draw are for illustrative purposes. Minor details, finishes or colours may vary from those shown.
8. Winner selection
8.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
8.2 The winner will be selected using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person.
8.3 The draw will take place on or before Monday 24 August 2026.
9. Winner notification and claiming the prize
9.1 The winner will be contacted on Monday 24 August 2026, using the email address or telephone number provided when entering.
9.2 The Promoters will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
9.3 The winner must respond within seven days of the first notification and provide any information reasonably required to:
a. confirm their eligibility;
b. verify their identity and delivery address;
c. confirm their preferred Delivita colour;
d. confirm their chosen Powersheds product; and
e. arrange delivery of both prizes.
9.4 Where the winner:
a. cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts;
b. does not respond within seven days;
c. is unable to provide the required information; or
d. is found to be ineligible or in breach of these terms,
the Promoters may withdraw the prize and select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
9.5 Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details supplied with their entry are complete and accurate.
10. Delivery
10.1 Both elements of the prize will be delivered to a valid UK mainland address supplied by the winner.
10.2 The Delivita Flow Dual Fuel Oven and Powersheds product may be delivered separately and on different dates.
10.3 Delivery will normally take place within 30 days of the winner confirming their eligibility and prize selections, unless an alternative date is agreed with the winner.
Powersheds delivery
10.4 The Powersheds product will be delivered on a pallet through Powersheds’ standard kerbside delivery service.
10.5 Delivery beyond the kerbside, pavement or accessible driveway cannot be guaranteed and will be at the driver’s discretion.
10.6 The winner is responsible for ensuring that:
a. the delivery address is accessible to the delivery vehicle;
b. someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery;
c. any access restrictions are disclosed before delivery; and
d. the delivered components can be safely moved from the delivery point.
10.7 The delivery driver will not be responsible for unpacking the product, moving individual components into the garden or assembling the building.
10.8 The winner may be responsible for any additional costs caused by:
a. an inaccessible or incorrectly supplied delivery address;
b. failure to disclose access restrictions;
c. nobody being available to receive the delivery; or
d. the need to rearrange an unsuccessful delivery.
10.9 The Promoters recommend that the winner does not arrange installation until the Powersheds product has been delivered and all components have been checked.
11. Winner information
11.1 The Promoters must make information available that demonstrates that a valid prize has been awarded.
11.2 The winner’s surname and county may be made available to anyone who contacts hello@delivita.com within 60 days of the closing date.
11.3 Entrants may object to their surname or county being published or may request that the amount of information published is reduced.
11.4 The Promoters may still be required to provide the winner’s details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
11.5 The winner will not be required to participate in publicity unless they provide separate agreement.
12. Personal information
12.1 Personal information supplied by entrants will be used to:
a. administer the prize draw;
b. verify entrants’ eligibility;
c. contact and verify the winner; and
d. arrange delivery of the prize.
12.2 Entry information may be shared between Delivita and Powersheds where reasonably necessary to administer and fulfil the prize draw.
12.3 Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Delivita and Powersheds privacy notices, available through the links provided on the entry form.
12.4 Entrants are not required to agree to receive marketing communications to enter the prize draw.
12.5 Where an entrant separately chooses to receive marketing communications from Delivita, Powersheds or both brands, their details will be added to the relevant brand’s marketing database.
12.6 Marketing preferences will be recorded separately for each brand.
12.7 Entrants may withdraw their consent or unsubscribe from either brand’s marketing communications at any time.
12.8 Entrants who do not opt into marketing will only be contacted where necessary to administer the prize draw.
12.9 A telephone number supplied as part of the entry form will only be used to administer the prize draw. It will not be used for telephone or text-message marketing unless the entrant provides separate consent for that purpose.
13. Disqualification
13.1 The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant:
a. has breached these terms and conditions;
b. has submitted false or misleading information;
c. has attempted to manipulate the entry or winner-selection process; or
d. has otherwise acted fraudulently or unfairly.
14. Changes or cancellation
14.1 The Promoters reserve the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where circumstances outside their reasonable control make this unavoidable.
14.2 Any changes will be made only where necessary and will be communicated in a way that does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
15. Liability
15.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15.2 Subject to clause 15.1, the Promoters will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from the acceptance, assembly, installation or use of the prize, except where caused by the Promoters’ negligence or breach of legal duty.
15.3 The winner is responsible for reading and following all safety, operating, fuel, assembly, installation and maintenance instructions supplied with the prizes.
15.4 The Delivita Flow Dual Fuel Oven is designed for outdoor use only.
15.5 The Powersheds product must be assembled on a firm and level base and maintained in accordance with the instructions and guarantee conditions supplied by Powersheds.
15.6 The winner is responsible for checking whether any planning permission, landlord consent or other approval is required before installing the Powersheds product.
16. General
16.1 The Promoters’ decision regarding the administration of the prize draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into, except with the winner.
16.2 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
16.3 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16.4 Entrants living in Scotland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
16.5 This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or any other social-media platform.
