Try Tim’s Tasty Tandoori Chicken, great for any occasion
Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts Or equivalent quantity of chicken thighs
For the marinade Mix
Large tub of natural yoghurt
Thumb size piece of ginger grated
2 large cloves of garlic grated
2 heaped tablespoons of tandoori spice powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Add chilli powder to taste if you want it spicy!
Instructions
Cut chicken breasts into thick strips
(Or equivalent quantity of chicken thighs)
To make the marinade mix the following together
Large tub of natural yoghurt
Thumb size piece of ginger grated
2 large cloves of garlic grated
2 heaped tablespoons of tandoori spice powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Add chilli powder to taste if you want it spicy!
Add the chicken to the marinade for as you can (overnight is best) covering it and leave it in the fridge
When ready to cook bring the chicken to room temperature before cooking and then place in skillet in the oven turning until pieces are lightly charred and cooked through
