An amazing wood fired option for veggie friends and nice side dish to go with meat
Ingredients
- 2 large portobello mushrooms
- Olive oil
- 50g Parmesan cheese
- 100g cream cheese
- Small handful fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions
Carefully slice the stalks off the mushrooms, drizzle with a little oil and slide into the oven for 5-10 mins until softened.
Whilst they cook, mix together:
50g Parmesan cheese
100g cream cheese
Small handful fresh basil, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Bring the mushrooms out of the oven, fill with the cheesy mixture and top with breadcrumbs. Slide back in until golden and crispy.
