Mini pizzas are great for passing round and nibbling on with drinks before the
main event. They are easy to hold and eat with one hand, without the need for
plates. You can roll them all out individually from small dough balls, but it’s
easier to roll out a bigger ball of dough and use a 6cm cookie cutter to make
little discs. Once made, set the discs aside for 20 minutes to rise.
Top and cook as with regular pizzas – just smaller!
