A delicious seasonal crumble for a comforting family pudding

Ingredients
For the fruit jam
300g Blackberry
2 Apples peeled and cut in cubes
2 Table spoon Caster Sugar
3 Table spoon Brown Sugar
2 table spoon Brown flour
125 ml water
For the Crumble
50g Organic Oats
100/120g Brown flour
100g Butter at room temperature.
Instructions
Heat your Delivita oven medium hot
Put all the ingredients for your fruit jam in a cast iron skillet, mix well and place into the oven for 10 min, staring gently every 2/3 min
Put all the ingredients for the crumble in a mixing bowl , mix using your hands make sure you have a nicely combined crumble, but do not over work it as it will become heavy
Take your fruit out of the oven and pour your crumble on top. Spread evenly and place back in to oven for 10 min, turning half way , the top should be golden and crunchy
Perfect served with a dollop of vanilla ice cream, Enjoy!
