We’ve been loving spending time in the kitchen as a family, experimenting with all kinds of delicious DOUGH TO GO concoctions. Here are some of our favourite recipes:

Classic pizza, the Italian way
Sometimes classic is best. We love the simplicity of traditional Neapolitan pizza- stretch out your dough, and top sparingly with minimal toppings. It’s all about being understated and creating harmony between the tomato, cheese and toppings.

Experiment with different flavours- we like pecorino cheese, artichoke and rosemary. The possibilities are endless!

White pizza
Fancy something simple and easy to whip up? Try a white pizza! Simply stretch out your dough to go, top with chilli oil, pieces of buffalo mozzarella, onion and rosemary and you’re onto a winner in 90 seconds flat. Easy yet delicious.

Dough sticks
The perfect appetiser. Just cut your dough into sausage shapes and sprinkle with good quality sea salt- we love the pink Himalayan kind- and bake until crisp. Serve with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for a true Italian taste.

If you’re feeling adventurous why not try your hand at a calzone? Create your perfect pizza then fold over to encase the toppings in a parcel. Simply crimp the edges and bake- portable pizza in a snap.

Dough n dip
Why not try making bite-sized dough balls- they’re great for little fingers and the kids will love trying out different dips. Go for garlic butter, olive tapenade or if you’re feeling spicy, chilli oil.
