Cooking With Fire – Half Day
Join Chef Marc Williams in a stunning country kitchen and be met with breathtaking views of Swinton Estate Grounds and Yorkshire Dales.
You will see up close our DeliVita wood fired ovens, learning how to light and maintain the fire. You can learn a variety of techniques for each dish presented, including how to hand stretching pizza, dough preparation, steak cookery, internal temperature guides and resting times. The preparation and cooking of different kinds of meats will also be covered.
Equipment and ingredients will be provided in the class.
