Please Note:

  • Timescales are approximate only; We aim to deliver your handmade wood fired oven within 14 days of purchase (in peak times this may increase up to 4 weeks). If you have an urgent requirement, please contact us.
  • We will contact you to book a convenient delivery date for your oven delivery - Which will take place on a Monday to Friday.
  • At time of booking please notify us of any issues such as narrow lanes or weight limits as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery should there be any access issues.
  • You will receive a pre-delivery call where we will talk you through some easy instructions on curing your oven and answer any questions you may have.
  • You must be available to sign for the delivery otherwise there will be an additional charge for re-delivery.
  • Suspected damaged goods should be signed for as ‘Unchecked’ allowing you more time to examine what you have received.
  • Any damages must be notified to us within 72 hours of receipt of consignment
  • Please note this is a delivery service not an assembly service. Due to health and safety reasons our drivers cannot position the oven on your DeliVita stand.
